We Pay the Shipping


*Orders $149 or more -we pay the shipping
*You can combine items to make your order $149 or more for us to pay shipping
*Orders under $149, you can pick up locally at our pickup spot in Winnipeg
*Or orders under $149 you can pay flat rate shipping 
 
 If you are local in Winnipeg, and you are doing the shipping option, we will either be shipping or hand delivering your order to your front door step or mailbox.

Shipped Orders

All orders are shipped from Winnipeg, MB, Canada with Canada Post or UPS and are processed and ship out within 1-5 business days.  For any special shipping requests, please contact us to make arrangements. Shipping within the USA ships also with Canada Post. Orders to the USA usually arrive within 8 business days, but may take longer due to a delay at customs. For USA orders, the customer is responsible for paying incoming customs or duties. Please contact us for any other questions. *

Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us and we hope that you love your item(s) as much as we do. We want you to be happy so we will work with you to make sure that is achieved.
Sarah Sue Design, has an Exchange Only policy.
Any exchanges must be arranged with us within *5 days of receiving your goods.   

Upon receiving your item(s) please check everything over to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase.
Please check:
-the size is right
-the colour is right
-that there are no flaws or damages
For any reason that you are unhappy please contact us immediately at hello@sarahsuedesign.com to arrange your exchange.

*All items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Items must not be worn, washed or dry-cleaned. Must be as you were sent them.

**Any Items that you have us do alterations on will be final sale

Sizing
Please check each items measurements that have been provided. If you have any questions please email us to inquire.

Taxes 
For all orders in Canada, the  GST, PST or applicable HST will be charged.

Duties

For shipments outside of Canada, duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays caused by importing customs.
