The Simone Triangle Dress is a fabulous Dress that we loved in the summer but now that the weather is chillier, we love wearing it with boots and our Kelly Boxy Cardigan or our Angela Fleece Jacket. Into the winter when it is even colder we will wear it more tunic style with our Lily Full Length Bamboo Leggings. Made in our favourite Bamboo Cotton blend fabric that feels great on and wears so nicely.
The shape of this style dress is a slightly new silhouette for us as it is still boxy and flowy but now in such a cool triangle shape! Reminiscent to popular styles in the 60's and 70's, the triangle style dress is just so fun. It's also such a fun silhouette on too, loose and flowy but coming in at the bottom hem for a little bit of shape.
And it has POCKETS!!!!!!
It is a flowy oversized piece but we have made it in our 4 size versions A, B, C, D which will fit XS-5X. You can see measurements below of the garment, please keep in mind these measurements are larger since the garment is flowy.
SIZING:
Meant to have a very oversized, flowy fit. These measurements are of the Dress and not body. Sizing is also a style preference so choose the size based on how flowy you would like it. In the photos, Sarah is wearing the B and Grace is wearing the C.

*Our Regular Bamboo fabric is our Bamboo Cotton Blend Jersey Knit in a medium weight that we have used for years and just love. It is what the majority of Bamboo pieces are made from.
*Our Grace Wide Leg Pants and Lily Leggings are made from this same fabric but a slightly heavier weight.

Cold wash gentle cycle & hang to dry.
*A great sustianable trick to refresh clothing is to put it in a bag in your freezer, rather washing.
*If anything gets creased, steam is always best and using the trick to hang up in the washroom when you have a steamy shower always works, especially if traveling!

I now own this dress in two colours because I love it so much and get compliments every time I wear it. I look forward to wearing the black now. It’s great year-round, as a breezy summer dress or worn over leggings in the winter. I throw on a necklace and have a great outfit! With pockets!
Love my triangle stripy dress, it dresses up and down and the unique triangle cut makes it very stylish!
This dress is such a flattering shape and cut! It highlights the positives and the pattern is so intriguing and yet seemingly simple at the same time. It's a gorgeous statement piece that looks easy when paired with cute sandals, and then "brings it" when paired with cute heels or wedges for the office or an important event. I'd wear this dress every day, but alas, I have other SSD pieces that need some love, too!
This dress is comfortable and easy to accessorize. I've only had one chance to wear it in these pandemic times. Very flattering.
I've always loved the minimalist aesthetic behind Sarah Sue designs that allow you to dress up or down any of her pieces and this new striped dress is no different. The fabric is super soft and stretchy. The design uses the stripe pattern in a very flattering way that looks very chic without sacrificing comfort. It also covers a lot of "problem areas" (like if you're insecure about bigger arms, the roomy sleeves cover it; bigger midsection? the cut of the dress hides it) and the tapered hem leads to a more fashion forward silhouette with all the comfort of a kaftan. The deep pockets are the cherry on top. Highly recommend!
