We are so excited to be partnering with local jewelry artist Marla of Rejase Create to be offering some of her pieces here on our website and in person in our Studio!
Rejase -Acronym meaning "Re-use junk as something else"
Marla creates unique necklaces made from a range of different materials, or junk as she endearingly calls it. In her necklaces you can find materials such as many different types of stones and crystals, petrified wood, leather, beads and many more. As for the metals she uses spoons, copper, brass, sliver plated, titanium and other recycled metals. The chains used they are often between 30"-40" long, hanging at or below the bust.
These amazing chunky long necklaces pair perfectly with many of our pieces like our Lizzy Long Tunic or Sonya Turtleneck and we love they way they just complete an outfit!
Marla makes all her jewelry in the heart of Canada, Winnipeg, MB on Treaty 1 Territory. She has decades of experience collecting materials and making beautiful necklaces, each item is handmade, and can include slight imperfections, or marks.

*A great sustianable trick to refresh clothing is to put it in a bag in your freezer, rather washing.
*If anything gets creased, steam is always best and using the trick to hang up in the washroom when you have a steamy shower always works, especially if traveling!
